Please join us for a Division V meeting on March 9th! MASC Field Representative Tracy Novick will be presenting 70 minutes on Chapter 70 - How it works, how it doesn't and what's being done to change it. Join us at 6:30 at the Community Room in John F. Kennedy Middle School in Northampton for a light dinner and to meet your school committee colleagues from the Connecticut Valley. The presentation will begin promptly at 7 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Special Education Committee Meeting - February 27, 2020

The MASC Special Education Committee will hold a working meeting at the Marriott Courtyard in Marlborough (get directions), on Thursday February 27th. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.

The agenda will consist of an overview of Chapter 70 changes as it relates to Special education, pending SPED Legislation at state and federal levels and current pending legal cases at the SJC. From this, we can move forward and collectively set committee goals/priorities as it relates to emerging special education issue for the upcoming year.
