2020 Day on the Hill has been cancelled

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the facilities for MASC's Day on the Hill advocacy event on May 5 will be unavailable. As such, the 2020 Day on the Hill has been cancelled. Those who previously registered for the event will not be billed for registration fees.

MASC remains committee to advocating for public education in Massachusetts, and will attempt to create an alternative advocacy opportunity before the state budget process is concluded. We will also be providing advocacy resources to members in the near future. Check the MASC website for updates.

Due to recent developments surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, MASC has decided to cancel several upcoming events out of concern for the health and safety of our members. Some events may be rescheduled for future dates - please stay tuned for updates.

MASC Summer Academy, Friday July 12 and Saturday July 13 presents valuable programs on strategies for "Dealing with Difficult People" and the basics of Parliamentary Procedure  to ensure orderly meetings and the role of the chair in leading the school committee.
