The new model for Superintendent Evaluation in Massachusetts can seem cumbersome and overwhelming. Done well, it can be an effective tool in moving your district forward. In this workshop, we’ll dissect the various components of the evaluation model. We’ll discuss how to plan and implement the evaluation cycle in a way that meets your district’s needs and keeps the process simple and manageable.
Along with your questions, you are encouraged to bring your own examples of superintendent goals that have either worked well or have not for the group to discuss.

But with anonymous commenters, the Open Meeting Law, and the challenges of technology, how is a school committee member and a school district to best handle communicating via social media? Bring your device and your questions and find out!
This event has been rescheduled for a later date.
