Jennifer A. Nassour Esq. is COO of ReflectUS, a coalition of the leading non-partisan women’s political organizations in the country and Of Counsel at Rubin and Rudman, LLP. She is also the founder of Conservative Women for a Better Future, a non-profit organization dedicated to electing more women in Massachusetts and the Northeast.
Ms. Nassour currently serves on the board at the non-partisan think tank, MassINC and as a vice president of The Union Club of Boston’s Board of Governors. She is also on the Advisory Boards of the MassGeneral Hospital for Children and the University of Massachusetts Women into Leadership program. Ms. Nassour is the Massachusetts Chair for Maggie’s List. In 2014 and 2015, Ms. Nassour served as co-chair of the Story Book Ball, a charity event benefiting MassGeneral Hospital for Children.
An attorney and mother of three, Ms. Nassour is the former chairman of the Massachusetts Republican Party. During her tenure, Republicans won the U.S. Senate seat held by Scott Brown and doubled their ranks in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, the first gains in two decades. In addition, Ms. Nassour retired the state party’s debt, increased internal and external communications, and re-energized the activist base.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Nassour worked in the Worcester District Attorney’s office and later at the Boston office of Sheehan, Phinney, Bass & Green. Ms. Nassour spent 14 years at Consigli and Brucato, P.C., in Milford, MA, before joining Rubin and Rudman. She has also served as finance director for the 2002 Republican nominee for state treasurer and as a staff member in the Office of the Governor of Massachusetts. In addition, she served as a legislative aide in the New York State Senate and as an aide, law clerk, and chief of staff in the Nassau County, N.Y., Legislature.
Ms. Nassour earned her juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2000. She also holds a master’s degree in political science from C.W. Post University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
